We may accept returns in the following cases:

• the item was damaged on delivery

• the wrong item was supplied

• the item is faulty

• the item is significantly different from what you ordered

• the return request is made within 7 days after delivery

Non-returnable items may include:

• used or damaged items not caused by delivery

• hygiene or personal-use items once opened or used

• special-order or custom items

• clearance or final-sale items, unless faulty

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we may offer:

• a replacement

• an exchange

• store credit

• or a refund, where applicable

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Where payment was made manually, refunds will be processed using an agreed refund method.

If the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item, we will guide you on the return process. If the return is due to a change of mind, return transport costs may apply where permitted.

This policy is in addition to any rights you may have under South African consumer law, including rights relating to online purchases and defective goods.
